Response to: How to Ruin a Great Design Horrible designs were mentioned in this article in an attempt to explain how when designs are done wrong, they are not seen as how they're meant to be. Designs are important to companies and their reputation since they're most likely going to be one of the first things you see when looking up a company. Whether it is in a logo, sign, or interior, design is everywhere. If they are done without determination then they will surely not have the same impact then when they're done properly. People would just stare at all of the designs and judge their flaws rather than see their meanings. Designs have a big impact in the world and should be done properly and with thought.

What is your previous computer experience?  I have used computers for everyday uses such as, browsing the web, writing papers, and sending emails. I have also used them to edit videos and work on video projects in an AV class I had in high school. What do you hope to get out of this class? I hope to learn to create adequate designs, and also learn to work with photoshop. What is your expectation with Photoshop and Illustrator? I honestly don't know what to expect out of these two programs. Do you have a computer at home?
